Its only pics again 😭 Last night I tried to film a video but I felt ugly and got turned off by that. I still kept on going but I couldn’t really get myself into it and that’s why I don’t have a video to share with you. This actually happens a lot and I’m really frustrated with myself. I struggle with body image and it may sound crazy (or not) but I feel like I look different every day even though I also know that nobody else can tell the difference except myself lol. I guess it’s easier to control the way I look with pictures but not so much with videos. I just need to stop being a perfectionist. I need to go to work today but tomorrow night I’ll try to make a video again! It’ll be HD and hopefully a longer video. ↑昨日動画撮ろうとしたけど自分の見た目が嫌すぎて萎えて撮れなかった話してます。他人から見たらいつも大体同じなのはわかってるんですが、自分には毎日違う顔に見えるし落差が激しい！なので見た目をコントロールしやすい写真が多くなってしまってます。。今日は仕事ですが、明日の夜にでもHD動画再挑戦します。今日は写真のみですみません。
